My formal education ended earlier than I had hoped, but my education itself never stopped.

Books became a major source of learning. I read, underline, bookmark, revisit, reflect, connect ideas, and attempt to apply what I learn. The Leadership Library is one result of that habit — a place to turn observation into reflection, and reflection into something useful.

A Letter to Books

Dear Books,

I have spent much of my life learning from books.

Some taught me how to think. Some taught me how to lead. Some taught me how to build. Some challenged ideas I thought I understood. Some gave me hope. Some gave me language for feelings I could not express.

I have underlined their pages. I have bookmarked them. I have returned to them. I have given them to friends. I have shared their ideas with others. And slowly, without realizing it, they became part of the way I see the world.

Many of the ideas in this library did not begin with me. They began with generous authors who decided to share what they had learned.

The Leadership Library is my thank-you letter to books. It is my way of saying thank you to the authors whose words became teachers, mentors, and companions along my lifelong learning journey.

If something written here helps another person think more clearly, lead more thoughtfully, serve more generously, or simply become curious enough to open another book, then this library has fulfilled its purpose.

The learning continues. The library grows. And the conversation goes on.
